What is "1000 Breaths"

On the last day of the year in 2010 and 2011, a special event called "1000 Breaths" awakened audiences to their own innate power of freedom as well as supported a movement to free the enslaved children trapped into a prostituted lifestyle they do not truly choose.

What started as the 1000 Breaths fundraiser event has become a movement for the freedom of us all. This blog expands now to encompass all the good works being done in the name of "freedom for all" as heard on the "FREEDOM FOR ALL" Internet Radio show.

Jim and Jennifer welcomed Rahasya Poe to the show. And what a fascinating show it was.

What is reality anyway?  Are you free inside the matrix?  Would you even know if you are being controlled by forces that define reality for you?
True freedom, at the most basic level, is addressed here.

Like many seekers, Rahasya Poe possesses a mixture of life experiences that brought him full circle with himself. In 2003, he and his wife, Dhara, wrote The 12 Spiritual Laws of Recovery and Meditations for the 12-Step Program. Rahasya recently appeared on PBS in the documentary A Wave of Compassion, which focuses on alternative ways to deal with addiction. He and his wife now publish Northern California’s Lotus Guide magazine, which takes as its motto, “Helping to heal the world, one community at a time.” It was during interviews for the magazine with cutting edge thinkers, scientists, and healers such as Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Fred Alan Wolf, Gary Zukav, and Ann McTaggart that he found encouraging words to write this book which documents some of the science and viewpoints of The Neurological and Social Consequences of Belief Systems.

To BElieve or Not to BElieve: The Neurological and Social Consequences of Belief Systems addresses how we limit our conscious evolution by maintaining rigid belief systems that no longer serve us and that indeed are lacking any logic or reason considering today’s advances in physics and neuroscience. Neuroscience has shown that people who meditate have much higher brain coherence than people who don’t; this balance is thought to be the gateway for spiritual enlightenment, which could be viewed as a bioneurological event. In contrast, limiting beliefs create a definite incoherence. Through a better understanding of reality and our relationship to it, humankind will be able to see through the veils of illusion that keep us constantly in conflict with one another. The book’s message reflects the words of Voltaire: “Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities.”
