Three great weeks and
three great shows to report in on. Freedom and love is in the air!
On February 7 we had our
“Love Is In The Air” show where we talked with Jack Rutledge about his
relationship in preparation of a prose Jim wrote for Valentine’s Day for Jack
as a gift to his wife. This was a beautiful show: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/freedomforall/2014/02/07/love-is-in-the-air
On February 14 we
replayed our interview with Cass Smith. Cass is one dedicated to the path of
"liberation." Defined as "moksha," enlightenment, freedom
from desires or freedom from suffering, liberation has been the focus of these
two spiritual seekers for decades. Cass - a singer, seminar leader, healer -
and Shama - mystic, teacher, seminar leader - have been devotees of their guru
Sai Baba since the 1970's, having made pilgrimage trips to his India ashram
every year. Married in 1989, Cass and Shama have worked together leading groups
and individuals to their own spiritual liberation - using "rebirthing"
breathwork, sacred teachings, meditation and emotional release techniques.

And today we welcomed
John Adago to the show, as he brought to us the ideas of joining philosophies
of the east with the high energy and technology of the west. John has been a
student of the ‘Work’ of Gurdjieff and Ouspensky since the sixties. He was a
member of the group lead by Willem Nyland, who had worked with Gurdjieff since
1924. Fascinated by the body of knowledge these independent groups had in
common, he spent many years seeking the connections between them, the seekers
in the West that founded them, and the teachers in the East that inspired them.
He and his wife live in Manhattan where they have raised three children.
He is the founder and CEO of a real estate development company and a
construction company. A writer and lecturer who has lead study groups
that introduced seekers to the study of philosophy, the ‘Work’, and
meditation, he was influenced by the master teachers of the
twentieth century whose stories he preserved. . He records the fascinating
history that connects the lives and philosophy of the master teachers who
brought the closely held knowledge and spiritual traditions of the East to the
West. John’s website is: www.thejourneyback.net
