What is "1000 Breaths"

On the last day of the year in 2010 and 2011, a special event called "1000 Breaths" awakened audiences to their own innate power of freedom as well as supported a movement to free the enslaved children trapped into a prostituted lifestyle they do not truly choose.

What started as the 1000 Breaths fundraiser event has become a movement for the freedom of us all. This blog expands now to encompass all the good works being done in the name of "freedom for all" as heard on the "FREEDOM FOR ALL" Internet Radio show.

Aretha Cleveland - Overcoming the Murder of her Son through Faith

Today we had the honor of talking with Aretha Cleveland, a woman who lost her son to a senseless murder, and turned the tragedy around to be an inspiration for all who hear her speak of her experiences. Speaker, philanthropist, wife, mother and grandmother, Aretha has never been one to stand on the side lines and watch life happen. The diminutive Alabama native is hands on when it comes to demonstrating a servant-leadership that serves and lead by example. Aretha's compelling life story could be a movie, and she has used every experience, good and bad to assist others in transitioning forward from their adversities. She believes that the biggest obstacle to forward movement lives in our own self defeating, sabotaging and paralyzing thoughts. Her speaking has grown to be a guide for people from all walks of life; many of whom are now living successfully and victoriously because of the principles she's imparted as an effective life coach for more than 10 years.

Morning Musings

A different kind of show. Jennifer Ellis interviewing James Ellis, both cohosts of Freedom for All. This time the topic - James' newly published book. With each of his publications, this radio show has highlighted the book and Mr. Ellis on his process, purpose and plan to have the book make a difference in our community and society. This episode we talked with him about "Morning Musings; Daily Reflections to Inspire Your Own Awakening," his latest book published Dec 9, 2014. Favorable reviews have been pouring in, including one reader's reference to a day without musings is like a day without Chai tea. Listen in as we delve into a few of those musings as they hopefully stir and awaken some higher thoughts of your own.

An Inspiring Woman; An Inspiring Book

Today we replayed an episode of Freedom for All that inspired many. Susan Liberty Hall is a 69-year-old grandmother, former Playboy bunny and sister of Jerry Buss, legendary Los Angeles Lakers owner. Susan and Jerry were both diagnosed with Cancer at the same time.  Jerry followed traditional protocols---the best money could buy. After caring for their mother who died a horrific death from Cancer, Susan refused anything traditional. She chose a Native American formula that she credits for saving her life.  Eschewing aggressive and angry reproaches from her doctors, Susan started the regimen. And within weeks, watched as 18 cancerous lumps literally begin to expunge from an open wound in her breast, tumors that she still actually has in specimen jars.  Sadly, Jerry Buss lost his battle with Cancer last year.  As difficult as it was to watch her beloved brother suffer and pass from this earth, Susan was determined to be healed through the natural protocol called Two Feathers formula.  Today she is Cancer-free, and she has written a short, yet powerful book, Ha, I Laugh in the Face of Cancer, with the hopes of helping many people who are seeking the confidence to go an alternative route when faced with catastrophic illness  - especially Cancer.
