Today
we had the honor of talking with Aretha Cleveland, a woman who lost her
son to a senseless murder, and turned the tragedy around to be an
inspiration for all who hear her speak of her experiences. Speaker,
philanthropist, wife, mother and grandmother, Aretha has never been one
to stand on the side lines and watch life happen. The diminutive Alabama
native is hands on when it comes to demonstrating a servant-leadership
that serves and lead by example. Aretha's compelling life story could be
a movie, and she has used every experience, good and bad to assist
others in transitioning forward from their adversities. She believes that
the biggest obstacle to forward movement lives in our own self
defeating, sabotaging and paralyzing thoughts. Her speaking has grown to
be a guide for people from all walks of life; many of whom are now
living successfully and victoriously because of the principles she's
imparted as an effective life coach for more than 10 years.
