Today we welcomed Myles Aaron Shan to the show, talking in depth about the plight of animals, their own freedom and the great work Myles is doing to broadcast a cause.
Myles is Vice President of Hiltz Squared Media, run by him as well as his wife Naomi and her brother Jonathan. Producing films since 2000, it created the first ever film festival for teens nineteen and under. A new documentary, "Farming Humans," is about to turn the typical social experiment on its head when it takes 12 human volunteers and drops them into the lives of factory farmed animals. Hosted by animal activist Simone Reyes, the documentary will provide a candid look at the experiences of animals in the American food system. During the ten days that the experiment takes place, the human volunteers will undergo the same horrific treatment that factory farmed animals experience. Myles has previously worked for 20/20, produced a documentary on Japan's first lesbian running for congress in Japan, helped create a 13- part television series focusing on Saturday morning cartoons and created the first ever same sex dating show.
