What is "1000 Breaths"

On the last day of the year in 2010 and 2011, a special event called "1000 Breaths" awakened audiences to their own innate power of freedom as well as supported a movement to free the enslaved children trapped into a prostituted lifestyle they do not truly choose.

What started as the 1000 Breaths fundraiser event has become a movement for the freedom of us all. This blog expands now to encompass all the good works being done in the name of "freedom for all" as heard on the "FREEDOM FOR ALL" Internet Radio show.

The Freedom Architect

Today we enjoyed such a wonderfully inspiring conversation with Tracy Lee. Tracy supports the “The Freedom Architect” - as a Healer, Channel, Medical Intuitive with the mission: "Constructing Freedom Worldwide Through Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual Healing - one emancipation at a time."
With a drive to deprogram the Reptilian Cortex of the Brain (Fight vs Flight Tendencies) she uses these modalities:
• Quantum/Multidimensional Healing
• Trauma/Abuse Recovery
• Chemical Dependency Recovery
• Manifestation/Creation
Her most popular skill (aside from healing) is the ability to disclose and explain the emotional and spiritual roots of ANY PHYSICAL CONDITION, ranging from a stubbed toe to cancer.
She has appeared in Japan (twice), China, and will travel to Hawaii (September) as well as Australia (November).
