What is "1000 Breaths"

On the last day of the year in 2010 and 2011, a special event called "1000 Breaths" awakened audiences to their own innate power of freedom as well as supported a movement to free the enslaved children trapped into a prostituted lifestyle they do not truly choose.

What started as the 1000 Breaths fundraiser event has become a movement for the freedom of us all. This blog expands now to encompass all the good works being done in the name of "freedom for all" as heard on the "FREEDOM FOR ALL" Internet Radio show.

What an engaging show today. Anyone in a relationship will be fascinated with our chat with Shawn Roop of San Diego, California who spoke on the freedom within relationships. Presently in an open relationship, he has been sharing Tantra and personal growth since 2001. His specialties include a Certified Master Tantric Counselor (CMTC), Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP) and a Certified Tantra Therapist (CTT). Shawn also holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Canterbury (UK). He would like to expand to create more live trainings in rural areas and create DVDs and online programs, seeing the need to explore more about ourselves and learn skills on how to live a life well-lived.

On today's show he spoke about his open relationship, what keeps it happy and free, as well as the true meaning of tantra.

What a privilege to talk with Aime Hutton!

Her story is one of empowerment - for all. But it wasn't always that way for her.
Being born three months early, weighing in at 1 pound 12 ounces she wasn't expected to live. She was severely teased and bullied for six years in grade school. In University, she was in an abusive relationship, and stalked constantly. Aime has overcome all of those challenges and is now thriving and soaring above it all, with her mission of having no woman or girl be left alone feeling that she's not beautiful, powerful, or creative because of something that was said or done to her in her past by others. Aime has developed twobusinesses:

1. Awakening Goddess - inspiring radiant play and confidence through dance for women
2. Wonder Girls Camp - inspiring the next generation of girls to be brave, bold, and celebrate their unique self.

As inspirational speaker, trainer/facilitator and bestselling author, she has recently been named the Canadian Ambassador for the Freedom & Empowerment Teen Campaign, which supports, educates, and empowers those who have been through dating violence/domestic abuse.

On today's show, she spoke of her journey with tips and pointers for us all.

We talked with a freedom activist today! Award-winning author, photographer and freedom activist, Lone Mørch is the founder of Lolo’s Boudoir and creative soul behind the Free Your Sacred Journey program. She's been empowering women for years through her photography and has shared her own quest for truth, power and the sacred in her memoir Seeing Red. Her work and words have been featured internationally in InStyle, San Francisco Chronicle, Huffington Post, Examiner, 7×7 Magazine, La Bella Bride, Untapped, Daily Candy, Femina, PRmag, anthologies and more. When not writing, photographing and leading creative retreats, she’s dancing, traveling and winking at the moon. The world is her oyster, Sausalito her base.
It was a blast having her discuss her journey as a woman, and as a person making the way to a life of embracing a sacred sensuality as well as a life of freedom.
