What is "1000 Breaths"

On the last day of the year in 2010 and 2011, a special event called "1000 Breaths" awakened audiences to their own innate power of freedom as well as supported a movement to free the enslaved children trapped into a prostituted lifestyle they do not truly choose.

What started as the 1000 Breaths fundraiser event has become a movement for the freedom of us all. This blog expands now to encompass all the good works being done in the name of "freedom for all" as heard on the "FREEDOM FOR ALL" Internet Radio show.

Star Power Astrology

Today we had the pleasure of speaking with astrologer, speaker, life coach, employee counselor, and author Suzan Hayden. She even did a live reading on the air for us! She was RIGHT ON!  What a gift she has!
Suzan has worked with astrology for over 23 years. Born in Chicago, Suzan began her career as a classical singer, studying and performing in London and Austria.  However, an astrology reading in Ireland changed the course of her life.  After the reading, she studied astrology for three years and then became an astrologer herself, in hopes of bringing clarity and insight to her clients and making the world a better place.  To date, Suzan has read over 20,000 individual charts and her website astrology101.com has been online since the late 90s. Suzan’s latest book, Star Power Astrology, helps readers decode their spiritual DNA and gain life-changing insights by comparing their personal charts to the charts of luminescent stars.  With the help of simple instructions to obtain a natal chart, basic non-woo woo language, and more insights than all the bling on Rodeo Drive, Star Power Astrology demystifies the language and practice of modern astrology.  Suzan Hayden gives readers everything they need to explore and exploit their natural, natal-given strengths and reach full-throttle capacity in this life.

Creating a World of Freedom

Another inspiring show focused on freedom today - because our show is called Freedom for All.  Ashanti Branch was our guest. Ashanti is an agent of change who holds as his mission to create a world of freedom by teaching youth to break free from their chains. Born and raised by a single mother on welfare in Oakland, California, Ashanti took the road less traveled to get out of the ghetto and attended one of California’s premier engineering colleges. In 2004 as a first-year teacher, Ashanti founded The Ever Forward Club to provide a support group for African American and Latino males who were not achieving to the level of their potential. The youth development and mentoring program carries a mission to create communities of students who are setting and achieving their personal goals inside and outside the classroom. Patrick O'Neal!!!!

On Friday's show we had the honor of talking with someone we both admire ... Patrick O'Neal. Patrick is a sportscaster, reporter and host for Fox Sports West and Prime Ticket, covering among others the Los Angeles Angels and the Stanley Cup champion Los Angeles Kings. Upon our prompting, he was able to share a lot of insight about the LA Kings culture from his own experience. A class act that also expresses the ups and downs of a true fan, Patrick has also covered the Lakers, Dodgers, Trojans, Bruins, Galaxy, as well as many assignments for Big Fox, either sideline or studio. Matching enthusiastic support with solid professionalism, O'Neal provides a welcome voice for local sports fans in the Southern California area. You can follow him on Twitter at @Patrick_ONeal.
