Today is the Winter Solstice – a time of rebirth and renewal. Many people this time of year focus on creating new beginnings. Tonight Jim will be doing a breathwork event at the First Unitarian Universalist Church of San Diego (4190 Front Street San Diego, CA 92103) in honor of the Winter Solstice – and what a perfect way to celebrate! This special Winter Solstice event will help participants connect with their higher self, transform blockages, and open up to a great year and season ahead. Over an hour time period, participants use the power of a conscious connected breath to go into a higher state of awareness and return to a state of inner-peace. I facilitated the group of 20 last night. What a joy to see so many go deeply within and find the "rebirth of light" for the Winter Solstice. One woman was completely open at the heart level. Another man said he could truly comprehend the love of his newborn son. There are no bounds to what this process opens up inside us, and that is because we are unlimited within.
